Matt white solution
Matt-white color masterbatch for PP spunbond applications.

These values are a selection reference, not a final specification. A tailored TDS and trial recommendation can be provided after application review.
This matt-white color masterbatch is formulated for PP spunbond applications where a non-glossy white appearance is required — for example, hygiene backsheet components, medical drapes, and industrial covers where glare or a plastic look is undesirable. The typical dosage range of 1–3% is a starting window; the final level balances opacity and whiteness against cost and process behavior.
White in spunbond is not only a color decision. Opacity, coverage, and the interaction with fabric structure all shape the visual result: the same addition level can look different at different basis weights or filament configurations. The matt finish further depends on how the pigment system interacts with the fiber surface, so visual approval should reference the actual fabric construction, not a plaque alone.
Carrier compatibility and flow behavior (MFI 80–100 g/10 min) are matched to spunbond processing so the colorant integrates without disrupting spinning stability. As with any color approval, confirm the target on the production line or a representative trial, and record the resin, addition level, and construction alongside the visual reference so the result is reproducible.
When requesting a recommendation, share the base resin, target whiteness or a reference sample, fabric construction and basis weight, and the end-use application.
Confirm carrier compatibility and end-use regulatory requirements.
Share the process, resin, target performance and estimated volume. Our application team will prepare the next product and trial recommendation.
