Antistatic solution
Migratory antistatic system for controlled static dissipation.

These values are a selection reference, not a final specification. A tailored TDS and trial recommendation can be provided after application review.
This migratory antistatic system is designed for controlled static dissipation in PP spunbond fabrics — relevant where static causes handling problems, dust attraction, or downstream processing issues. The typical dosage range of 0.5–2% is a screening starting point; the effective level depends on the target static value, fabric construction, and conditioning environment.
Because the system is migratory, the measured result depends on time and environment. Humidity, temperature, conditioning time, and storage conditions can all change surface resistance or charge-decay readings, so the same fabric can show different results under different test conditions. Trials should therefore fix the conditioning protocol and test method before comparing addition levels.
Two boundaries deserve attention. First, a spunbond antistatic route should not be assumed transferable to SMS structures without review — the target layer and any effect on barrier properties such as hydrostatic head must be checked. Second, downstream steps (printing, bonding, lamination) should be part of the evaluation, since surface chemistry changes can interact with them.
When requesting a recommendation, share the base resin, fabric construction and basis weight, the static failure mode or target value, the test method, and the conditioning environment.
Not recommended for SMS; performance varies with ambient humidity.
Share the process, resin, target performance and estimated volume. Our application team will prepare the next product and trial recommendation.
